At the first station in Sri Lanka, from Colombo airport to Negomb, I heard from the local guide that this is the only Expressway in the country, and it is said that it was built by China. I felt the greatness and pride of my motherland instantly. There are thousands of fish in Negomb fish market that are directly salvaged and sold. They are really natural and pollution-free without any processing~

Then we drove all the way to Canti, deep into the hinterland of Sri Lanka, to experience the ancient Ceylon civilization. Along the way, as the time shortage, we only watched Lion Rock, the eighth wonder in the world, stopped at the roadside fruit shop and bought delicious coconut juice, fat avocado, mangosteen, various bananas, etc. the local people are really enthusiastic, this is their first impression!

When we arrived at Kandy which is the “cultural capital” of Sri Lanka, we visited the famous Temple of Tooth Relic! Because the whole people believe in Buddhism, it is an important symbol of Sri Lanka’s civilization!

Along the way, we visited the famous mackwoods tea factory and tasted the famous Gaoshan public tea. Our local tyrant team bought 200 cans of tea to bring to the relatives of the motherland and enjoyed the essential oil massage produced and sold by the local people in the Spice Garden. In this tip system country, half an hour’s massage only needs 100 rupees equivalent to 4 yuan, which is really worth more than the price.

A tear in the Indian Ocean

During the relaxing and pleasant three-day free trip to the seaside, we took a day to visit the mangrove forest. It is said that there are only two places in the world where we can see this magical tree. Fortunately, Sri Lanka is one of them. Together, we took a speedboat, fish therapy, surfing, seafood meal, sea urchin catching, watching the afterglow of the sunset, and made a deep friendship with the local residents……

The time passed quickly, and we were reluctant to leave. On the way back to Colombo, we visited the stilt fisherman with local characteristics. Under the blue sky, the water was clear, and in 15 minutes, the fish would automatically hook up. It was a unique experience. Then we took the seaside train in the movie “thousand and thousand search”, and the nearest rail was only 1m from the sea, picturesque scenery, as if walking into the fairy tale world

Some people say, “there must be at least two impulses in life: a desperate love and a journey to go.” The short 7-day journey to Ceylon came to an end. However, the cheers and laughs of the companions along the way will always be remembered. At the end of 2018, thanks again to the HEALTH family for their hard work over the past year.
